To join our growing family and begin your professional transition, the following requirements must be submitted to the Higher Education Department:
- Accomplished Admission Form with a 1×1 ID picture
- Informative copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) and Honorable Dismissal from your previous degree
- PSA Live Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from your previous school or employer
- Marriage Certificate (for married students)
- Entrance Examination result and a formal interview with the Dean of College
