Admission Requirements for Future Educators
New students and transferees ready to join our growing family must submit the following to the Higher Education Department:
- Accomplished Admission Form with a 1×1 ID picture
- Form 138 (Report Card) for first-year students or Transcript of Records for transferees
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA Live Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
- Entrance Examination result from the Student Assistance Center and an interview by the Dean of College
